REMINDER: Per the health department regulations, all food vendors must maintain containers of sanitized water (1TBS. bleach per 1Gal. water) for hand washing and cleaning. See Black Hawk Co health dept for complete laws. Protect foods from dust and insects at all times as well as use appropriate hair restraints (hats, scarves, hairnets, etc.)
No home canned products. Any tablecloths must be wiped clean regularly with sanitized water.
Bring your own trash cans and ample supply of garbage bags for waste disposal.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A FOOD TRAILER, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING A GENERATOR.
IF YOU HAVE A FOOD TRAILER, PLEASE PROVIDE THE SIZE WITH DIMENSIONS.
